In 1998, TwinTurbo.NET just began and had been around for 0 years. 1999 was the first year after it began. 2000 was the second year after it began. 2001 was the third year. 2002 was the fourth year. 2003 was the fifth year. 2004 was the sixth year. 2005 was the seventh year. 2006 was the eighth year. 2007 was the ninth year. 2008 was the tenth year. See the difference between counting event anniversaries and time anniversaries? I love elitists who aren't really elite in any way... they amuse me greatly.
